CAD > Blender

Getting CAD into Blender usually means exporting, converting and cleaning up a faceted mesh. CAD > Blender skips all of that — it opens your CAD files directly and builds a clean mesh from the exact surfaces. When the design changes, it updates your scene instead of starting over.

Everything runs inside Blender, on your own computer. No CAD licence, no converter, nothing else to install.

Native CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, Creo and Siemens NX parts and assemblies, plus STEP and IGES from any CAD system. Rhino and more to come.

Clean, accurate mesh

Your assembly, your way

Update without starting over

Re-import a changed file over your scene. Changed parts are re-meshed in place, and your materials, positions, modifiers and animation stay. New parts are added and deleted ones removed. Preview the update before you commit, and update the whole model or only the parts you select.

Built for big assemblies

Meshing runs on all your processor cores. Damaged geometry is repaired before meshing, and a short report shows anything that needed fixing.

Private by design

Your files never leave your computer. Works offline. No account, no upload, no tracking.
